Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
2 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
2 slices (thin) boiled ham, cut in half
butter
fine bread crumbs
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts with flat side of knife.
Lay a slice of cheese on one end of chicken breast.
Lay the slice of ham on top of the cheese.
Roll chicken breasts so that the cheese and ham are covered.
Secure with toothpicks.
Roll chicken in bread crumbs and brown in butter until golden.
Place chicken in casserole.
Heat soup and milk in pan; add sour cream.
Pour over chicken and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until done.
Serve with rice.
