Glossy Chocolate Icing(This Icing Is For Chocolate Lovers.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
5 Tbsp. hot milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 sq. (3 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Melt, in double boiler, the butter and chocolate.
In separate dish, pour scalding hot milk over powdered sugar and salt, stirring constantly, until completely dissolved.
Add vanilla and stir.
To this add the melted butter and chocolate.
Beat until consistency is smooth and glossy.
