Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. macaroni, cooked in salted water
1/4 c. butter (I use margarine)
1 1/2 c. cheese (I use 1/2 c. each: Velveeta, Cheddar and sandwich)
1 1/2 c. scalding hot (just before boils) milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
3 eggs
Preparation

Pour hot milk over bread crumbs.
Add butter, cheese, salt to taste and well beaten eggs.
Mix with macaroni.
Place in baking dish.
Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes, or until firm.
