Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 green tomatoes, sliced thin
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    small c. sugar
    pie shell
    1 stick margarine (approximately)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix salt, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
    Sprinkle mixture into bottom of pie shell.
    Place a thick layer of tomatoes over mixture.
    Sprinkle more sugar mixture over top of tomatoes.
    Dot with margarine.
    Add another layer of tomatoes and mixture.
    Dot with margarine.
    Dribble 3 tablespoons lemon juice over top.
    Add topping.
    Bake 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Lower to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 50 minutes until brown.
