Hot 'N Hearty Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked, peeled, sliced potatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. cooked, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, cook onions in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in next 5 ingredients, then add potatoes.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through. Garnish with parsley and bacon.
    Makes 6 servings.
