Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 egg yolks
    7 egg whites
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. salad oil (not olive)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in large mixer bowl at high speed until very stiff; set aside.
