Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch or rice flour
Preparation

Work together until soft enough to roll.
Roll on board about 1/4-inch thick.
Cut in squares.
Prick with fork.
Bake in hot oven for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 25 minutes longer or until golden brown.
