Mandarin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef roast
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large can mandarin oranges
    1 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef roast and onion in hot oil.
    Pour oranges on top. Mix ketchup and sauce and put over roast.
    Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
