Soy Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large shallow dish or plastic bag, combine ingredients; add beef, chicken or pork.
    Cover; marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
    Remove meat from marinade; heat thoroughly.
    Grill or broil meat as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Yield:
    Approximately 1 1/2 cups.
