Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans carrots
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can tomato soup
    1 pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. apple vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Bring vinegar, oil, sugar and soup to a boil.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Cover; refrigerate.
    Keeps four weeks or more.
    Best after sets one week.
