Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (No. 2) cans apricot halves, drained
    2 sticks oleo
    1 box light brown sugar
    2 stacks Ritz crackers
Preparation
    In long flat dish, spread apricots evenly over bottom.
    Top with oleo pats.
    Crush, not crumble, crackers over top of butter pats.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm as accompaniment for pork or chicken dishes.
