Flounder Fillets In Foil(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (5 oz.) flounder fillets
    1 Tbsp. acceptable margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped shallots or green onions
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Rinse fish and pat dry.
    Set aside.
