Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 (10.5 oz.) can vegetable soup
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. potatoes, mashed
    1 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and celery in a large skillet until meat is brown.
    Drain drippings.
    Stir in soup, thyme and salt.
    Spoon meat mixture into a greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish. Spread potatoes over meat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over top.
    Return to oven. Bake for 10 minutes more.
