Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scraped carrots, sliced in circles
1 can mushroom soup
2 stalks celery
1 small onion
1 stick margarine
Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Scrape and slice carrots;
cook until tender in salted water and drain.
Saute until tender the minced onion and chopped celery in margarine.
Mix all ingredients together in baking dish and top with Ritz cracker crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
