Ingredients

2 c. chilled whipping cream
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 (10 oz.) pkg. vanilla milk chips
1 2/3 c. peanut butter
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Put
1 cup whipping cream in a large saucepan. Stir in gelatin.
Allow to soften about 5 minutes.
Place over low heat and scald (do not boil).
Remove from heat. Add chips and stir to melt.
Mix in peanut butter and stir until smooth. Chill at least 15 minutes until lukewarm.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold into vanilla mixture.
Return to icebox.
Beat remaining cup of whipping cream until stiff.
Fold into vanilla mixture.
Pour into prepared crust (graham cracker or chocolate). Chill until firm.
