Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken breasts
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 oleo and saute onion and celery.
    Add to other ingredients (chicken, rice, water chestnuts, pimento, sour cream and cream of chicken soup) and put in casserole or other baking dish.
