Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 Ritz crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until almost stiff.
    Add sugar gradually and beat well.
    Fold in crumbs, pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch pie plate.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let cool completely.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Let chill at least 2 hours.
    Keep refrigerated.
