Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. thick unsweetened applesauce
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. seeded raisins

Preparation

Mix well and pour into 2 (8-inch) pans.
Cook at 350\u00b0 until done.
