Curried Lamb Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground lamb
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. chicken broth, beef broth or water
1 to 3 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Mix ground lamb, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt.
Shape into 16 meatballs.
Heat garlic in the oil in heavy skillet.
Add meatballs.
Brown and turn until meatballs are cooked through, about 15 minutes.
