Honey Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lemon juice
    2/3 c. honey
    2/3 c. finely chopped fresh basil
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
    2 medium-size sweet yellow peppers, in 2 inch pieces
    2 medium-size sweet red peppers, in 2 inch pieces
    vegetable cooking spray
    fresh basil sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large heavy-duty Ziploc plastic bag; add chicken and peppers.
    Seal bag and shake bag until chicken and peppers are well coated.
    Marinate
    in refrigerator 3 hours, turning bag occasionally.
