Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. McIntosh apples, cubed
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 c. sugar

Preparation

Combine cubed apples, Crisco oil and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
