Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, sliced or grated
    1 1/4 c. herb seasoned croutons
    1/2 c. sauteed mushrooms
    1/4 onion, chopped
    2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (I have also used 1/4 lb. fried ground turkey)
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix lightly.
    Place in a greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
