Sausage-Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook two 9-inch pie shells for 5 minutes.
    Pour mixture into shells.
    Cook at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Can be frozen for later use.
