New Year'S Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. canned or frozen crabmeat
    buttered bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook green pepper in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour. Combine soup, milk and pepper and gradually stir into flour mixture. Cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Add 1 3/4 cups of cheese and crabmeat and blend.
    Pour into casserole. Top with bread crumbs and 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
