Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour (plain)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots or junior Gerber carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Add oil.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add carrots, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake in 3 round pans at 350\u00b0 until cake is done.
    Ice cake with cream cheese icing.
