Roly Polies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream together shortening and sugar.
    Beat in the eggs.
    Add flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Chill dough.
    Roll into small balls.
    Roll each in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
