Sausage Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kielbasa, cut into bite size pieces
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, pared and sliced thin
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line bottom of casserole with sliced potatoes.
    In saucepan, heat soup and water until smooth; add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add sausage pieces, green peppers and pimento.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake for 55 minutes or until potatoes are done.
