Low Calorie Fruit And Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. torn lettuce
    4 c. torn spinach
    2 c. sliced strawberries
    1 c. white grapes
    1 c. Mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1/2 c. honey-mustard salad dressing
    1/8 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Toss first 6 ingredients together.
    Combine salad dressing, orange juice and poppy seed and shake well.
    Chill.
    When ready to serve salad, pour dressing over all and toss.
