Fried Wild Turkey Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 wild turkey breast, cut into 1 1/2-inch strips
2 eggs, well beaten
evaporated milk (enough to make a thin batter)
Preparation

Dip
turkey
strips
into egg batter and roll in flour. Fry in\tan

on approximately 200\u00b0 to 225\u00b0 in cooking oil.
Salt and pepper.
Cover and cook slowly turning only\tone time while cooking.
Make sure that a fork is easily inserted into the turkey to make sure it is done.
