Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 strips bacon
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1 c. Minute rice
soy sauce
Preparation

Cook Minute rice according to package directions.
Fry bacon in skillet, remove and drain on paper towels.
Saute chopped vegetables in bacon drippings until tender-crisp.
Crumble bacon and return to skillet with vegetables.
Add cooked rice, stir and sprinkle with soy sauce to season.
Make well in mixture and scramble egg in well.
Mix well and serve.
