Butterscotch Bavarian Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cream, whipped
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs with salt; add milk and cook until of custard consistency.
    Pour cold water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top of water.
    Add to hot custard and stir until dissolved.
    Cook brown sugar and butter together for 2 moments and add to hot custard.
    Cool and when mixture begins to thicken, fold in whipped cream.
    Chill until firm.
