Ingredients

1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1 (7 oz.) bag rippled potato chips, coarsely crushed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add flour; stir until a soft dough forms.
Stir in peanut butter chips and potato chips.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls 1-inch apart onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light brown.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
Yield:
about 8 dozen cookies.
