Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix, mixed as directed
14 oz. pkg. caramels
5 oz. can evaporated milk
3/4 c. oleo
1 c. chocolate chips (milk chocolate)
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix cake as directed.
Put 1/2 of batter in bottom of pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Heat and melt 14 ounce package caramels, 5 ounce can evaporated milk and 3/4 cup oleo.
When caramels are melted, pour over cake.
Then pour 1 cup nuts, 1 cup chocolate chips and then the rest of batter over this.
Bake another 20 minutes.
