Skinny Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ground turkey
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    16 oz. kidney beans
    2 c. tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off fat.
    Mix meat and onion and saute until onion is translucent.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove bay leaf before serving.
