Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 soup bones
    water
    3 carrots, chopped
    5 potatoes, quartered
    1/2 pkg. pearl barley
    2 stalks celery
    3 cubes beef bouillon
    1 onion, sliced
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Boil soup bones in Dutch oven with enough water to cover bones.
    Boil 2 hours.
    Remove bones.
    Let cool.
