Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 egg yolks
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 large bunch romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
    1 c. large seasoned croutons
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large wooden bowl, mash garlic and anchovy paste with 2 forks until smooth; spread mixture around inside of bowl to season. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard and egg yolks, mixing constantly. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture and add the oil and vinegar.
    Toss with lettuce, croutons and Parmesan.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
