Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. soda
extra sugar
Preparation
-
Cream 1 cup sugar and Crisco.
Add molasses, then the egg. Mix well and add all dry ingredients together with creamed mixture.
Form into small balls.
Roll in sugar.
