Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained slightly
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pack Ritz, crushed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Stir pineapple cheese, flour and sugar together until moistened.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Place crushed crackers on top.
    Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
