Honey Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. strained honey
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    In a 1-quart saucepan, combine honey and butter.
    Bring to boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
    Cool slightly; stir in evaporated milk.
    Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
