Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
6 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
1 c. rice (Carolina)
Preparation

In a stainless steel pot, beat eggs thoroughly.
Add sugar, milk, vanilla, water and rice.
Mix well.
Bring to a slight boil, then lower heat and cook for about one hour, stirring frequently. Pour into a bowl, when slightly cooled off, and refrigerate overnight or 8 hours.
