Bacon-Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    slices of bacon, diced
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    5 medium green onions, chopped (1/3 c.)
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) bag washed fresh spinach
Preparation
    Cook bacon in 12-inch nonstick skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp.
    Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Heat through, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved; remove from heat.
    Add spinach and onions to bacon mixture.
    Toss 1 to 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
