Christmas Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. margarine
2 eggs
2 c. water
1 c. scalded milk
1 Tbsp. orange peel
1 Tbsp. lemon peel
1 c. raisins
1 c. citron
1/2 c. almonds
1 tsp. cardamon, ground
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Let rise in a very low heated oven.
Put mixture in 1-pound coffee cans, 2/3 to 3/4 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
