Winter Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen succotash
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt or seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
salad greens
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation

Cook succotash according to label directions, omitting salt. Drain.
Place in medium size bowl. Toss lightly with oil, vinegar, seasoned salt and pepper.
Chill.
Fill salad bowl with bite size pieces of salad greens; top with celery, onion, cheese and marinated vegetables.
Toss just before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
