Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
    Beat all ingredients until smooth, one minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater.
    Pour into plate.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
