Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat Miracle Whip, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed with mixer until blended well.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool completely.
