Teacakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix egg, sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Add flour until thick enough to knead.
    Roll out and cut with cookie cutter.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until bottom is brown.
