Snowy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 peeled potatoes, cooked in salted water
1 large pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. diced chives
paprika
butter

Preparation

Beat potatoes with a mixer, then add the cream cheese, sour cream and garlic powder.
Stir in the chives.
Place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle paprika and pats of butter on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
May be made the day before and refrigerated, then baked.
