Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
2 medium size onions, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
fat
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cold water
melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Put beef and next 7 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
Form into 1-inch meat balls by rolling a small amount of meat at a time between palms of hands.
