Raspberry Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 pt. raspberry sherbet, softened
    1/4 c. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/4 c. raspberries
Preparation
    In bowl, mix ice cream, sherbet and juice concentrate until blended but not melted.
    Serve in goblets topped with berries. Serves 6.
