Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
    3 c. coarsely grated pears
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well.
    Add combined flour, salt, soda and spices.
    Stir in pears and pecans.
    Pour into 10 x 14-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
